VISUAL ARTS AT RED ROCK:

We love to host the work of local artists. We hang paintings, collages, and photography, and we’re always looking for new artists to show off on our walls!

Artists Mountain View

We’re proud to host this group, which began meeting at Red Rock in the summer of 2022.

We host this monthly meetup from 5-7pm on the 1st Wednesday of every month. The group’s goal is to empower creatives to have a safety net to pursue a career or passion in arts.

The Mountain View Chamber of Commerce organizes the group. Go HERE for more info!

Art at Red Rock

We show collage, paintings, and photography. We keep it family-friendly, so no nudity please. And to keep this place feeling safe and welcoming, we will not allow political work or potentially divisive pieces.

We typically display your work for two months. Art on our walls usually sells for about $100-200 per piece. We don’t do any of the work of sales here, and we don’t ask for a percentage of any sales. If you typically sell your work for more than $200, you could consider Red Rock a fun way to expose your work to a new audience rather than a sales opportunity.

We require artists to sign a waiver of liability. It means that if anything happens to your work - theft, breakage, etc - you won’t require us to compensate you. You hang here for free, so this is part of the deal. Please know that in 14 years here, we have seen only two pieces stolen and only a handful have had frames broken, etc.

If you’d like to show your work at Red Rock, visit our booking page for more information.
